Turmeric Latte

Ingredients:
- 250ml coconut milk
- ½ tsp-1tsp ground turmeric
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp vanilla powder
- Pinch of black pepper
Method:
- Heat all ingredients in a pan over high/medium heat until warmed. For best results, use an electric hand whisk.
- Pour into your favourite mug and enjoy.
* N.B. The curcumin content of turmeric is not that high and most of the studies carried out use large quantities of curcumin to demonstrate its therapeutic effects.
