Green Ambulance: Immune Supportive Smoothie

Ingredients:
- 1 handful of spinach leaves, washed
- ¼ of a medium sized avocado, peeled and roughly chopped
- 1 inch chunk of fresh ginger, peeled and chopped in half
- ½ cup (about 4-5 chunks) fresh or frozen pineapple
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 1 tsp raw honey
- 1 mug of water, or enough to cover the ingredients in the blender
Method:
- Place all ingredients except for the water into a blender or NutriBullet.
- Pour the water on top, making sure you do not go past the maximum line indicator on the NutriBullet (or blender).
- Blend for 10-15 seconds, or until the smoothie is smooth.
- Drink immediately.
